off-season stuff

some proposals that have been discussed will be put up for a vote at our pre-draft meeting this summer:

voting on a league president - (to help in settling disputes, etc..)

a pre-determined draft order based on previous year record-finish (just like every pro league...you finish last, you draft first, etc...)

a balanced roster - (every team seems to like the idea of this...if you have a player go down with an injury, at least you'll be able to find a productive starter on the free agent wire)

several other items will be put up to vote just like last year, such as our roster move limits, possibly going to divisional play, etc...

send over any ideas you have to be put up for a vote when we meet...
