CYFFL News :: Rules Changes Ballot
The following issues were discussed at our pre-draft meeting in April...our next meeting will be June 24 at Willie's in Wesy Chester @ 5:00pm...anyone who will not be able to make the June meeting must submit a vote via email to me or telephone by June 22 to have their votes included on the following issues:
1) Vote YES to expand to 12 teams...or NO to stay at our current 10 teams*
2) Vote YES to change our draft order to reverse order of standings from previous season (last place would draft first, second to last would draft second, etc..)...or NO to stay with our current random selection to be pre-determined at our June 24 meeting*
3) Balanced Roster - Vote YES to have a balanced roster...or NO to stay with our current open roster system
4) Waiver Claims - Vote YES to limit roster moves at 20 for the season...or NO to stay at 25
5) League President - Pat Lykins has been nominated to serve as our League President to assist the Commisioner and other duties for the league...Vote YES to approve Pat...or NO if you oppose
*If issues #1 & #2 pass, the two new teams will occupy the last two spots of the draft position
There may also be some other minor issues or concerns from other league owners to be discussed and finalized at our June 24 meeting...please pass them along to me asap so the other owners can have time to review them.
